It is not therapeutic and usually does not involve extensive examination of your past, rather it focuses on the present and your future goals and action plans. It is a positive life changinexperience about results so you can relax and enjoy your life.
Do I have to pay for the first consultation? No. The first consultation is comlimentary with no obligation to continue.
Is Life Coaching confidential? Yes, Life Coaching is confidential. And special arrangements are available for high profile people.
What are the benefits of Professional Life Coaching? Results. Your life is filled with commitments of your time, energy, emotions and money. Professional Life Coaching helps you achieve your goals and streamline your time so you can do what you want to do wih your life. It saves you time, energy, frustration and money by getting you on the path you want to be on instead of taking unwanted trails leading to dissatisfaction with your life. It can help your relationships with family, friends, coworkers, employees, employers, etc. All of these areas and more may be explored to get you where you want to be, balancing the different aspects of your life the way you would like. Does health insurance pay for Life Coaching? No, Life Coaching is not covered by health insurance. It is analogous to having a Personal Trainer to exercise your muscles. Life Coaching exercises your mind and prepares you for a better future regarding your goals, time, energy and resources. Like a Personal Trainer, a Life Coach’s services are not covered by health insurance.
Where does Life Coaching take place? Life Coaching often takes place over the phone although we can meet just about anywhere including my office, your home or office, or at a restaurant, etc. We can also meet through Skype. You get to choose. It is your life!
